Cardboard tag on left shoulder '38' stamped in black, '60 4868' stamped in blue and '7116' written in ink. Vest has front of black tween with white and green fleck, black cotton back, and white cotton lining with brown stripes. Vest has turn down v'd collar five button closure, two front pockets, a left breast pocket, a right inner pocket, and a belt at back waist with two prong metal buckle.
