| Description : | Brown varnished, wooden lens frame. The artifact is three pieces of wood glued together. The middle piece is 10.4cm long by 8.4cm wide. Along two opposite sides of the middle piece are two pieces, 10.4cm by 0.8cm and 10.4cm by 1.2cm. In the centre of the frame is a brass colored metal ring. The ring has three screws holding it to the frame. There are threads on the inside of the ring for screwing the lens on. The inside of the ring is 3.9cm diameter. The back of the frame is painted flat black. There is a 0.3cm ridge on all edges to allow the artifact fit into a camera. PH1 2006 PH3 2008 |
