| Description : | Instrument fashioned from hard and soft wood, brass, and other metals. Elongated neck with two brass-tipped pegs extending from left proper side. Circular brass plate riveted to body of instrument; covered at right proper side with green felt. Carved and painted human face embellishing neck of instrument; three small brass cymbals attached at top. Painted, carved, and appliqued ornamentation throughout. Four thick wire strings; rubber foot at bottom end of instrument. |
